April Bloomfield is the James Beard Award-winning executive chef and co-owner of acclaimed West Village restaurant The Spotted Pig and Michelin-starred The Breslin Bar & Dining Room as well as The John Dory Oyster Bar, Salvation Taco, Salvation Burger, White Gold Butchers and Tosca Cafe in San Francisco. She is the author of two cookbooks: A Girl & Her Pig and A Girl & Her Greens and has appeared on PBS's Mind of a Chef, Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations and Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay.
